You can purchase a 4 hour block or a an 8 hour block of mentoring time. With no minimum time commentment, you can reuqest help and if it takes us 5 minutes to help, then you only pay for that 5 minutes. You can get a weekly report on those weeks when you use mentoring hours to see how many hours you have used and how many you have left.
