- Depending on the nature of your request, an email follow may take care of it, other times it may take a remote session with something like Zoom or Teams.
- You pay for only the time spent answering your request, with a 15 minute minimum time block.
- Most responses are handled within 8 hours. Most will be less during normal business hours.
- When your prepaid time is used up, you have the option to renew for another block of time.
- Prepaid time doesn’t expire.
